Went out for a climb, but there was none

Went for the climbs, but there were none

I stepped out on a whim and drove down to my usual bouldering gym for a bit of climbing. I rarely went during peak hours so I was hesitant as-is. I round the corner, popped my head inside and people were crowded to a couple areas. Turns out the area where the routes I’d been planning to climb were being reset into new routes. Darn.

Frustrating, but I should have known. Oh well, I turned around and on my way home stopped by Sheri’s for a slice of key lime pie and coffee. Delicious pie- though considering prices these days, it was definitely steep (10.06$, 20% tip included). Regardless I thoroughly enjoyed a bit of normalcy and peace eating a slice of pie by myself.
